그녀는 체육대학을 졸업하고 퍼스널 트레이너로 활동하였습니다. 그녀는 2014년부터 필라테스를 가르치기 시작했습니다. 2020년부터 Apprentice of Contrology®(도제식 필라테스 지도자 교육과정)의 김지혜 디렉터로부터 클래식 필라테스를 사사하고 우수 졸업했습니다. 그녀는 졸업 이후에도 지금까지 지속적인 배움의 자세로 Apprentice of Contrology®(도제식 필라테스 지도자 교육과정)의 어프렌티스 그리고 교육가이드로 활동하고 있습니다. 그녀는 필라테스가 몸과 마음을 성장시키는 원동력이라고 확신하며 필라테스가 많은 사람들에게 있는 그대로의 모습으로 전달될 수 있도록 노력하고 있습니다.
